At Ujala Charitable Foundation, we deeply value the generosity of our donors. Your contributions are immediately allocated to our core programs (Mobility, Gaushala, and Community Relief) to ensure timely impact.
1. Donation Contributions
All donations made to Ujala Charitable Foundation are generally non-refundable. Once a donation is processed, the funds are legally committed to our charitable activities.
2. Exceptional Circumstances
We do consider refund requests for the following technical errors:
- Duplicate processing of the same transaction.
- Unauthorized transactions (subject to banking verification).
- Technical glitches in the payment gateway (Cashfree) leading to overcharging.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund for a technical error, please contact us at support@ujalacharitable.org within 7 days of the transaction. You must provide:
- Proof of transaction (Transaction ID/Receipt).
- Reason for the refund request.
- Bank statement showing the debit.
4. Timeline
Verified refund requests will be processed within 10-15 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original source of payment.
